This commercial wheel removal trolley enables wheel assemblies of up to 1000 Kg (approx. 2,204lbs), to be removed and re-assembled to vehicles by just one operator.
The trolley can also be used to position wheels on to wheel studs quickly without fear of damaging adjacent fittings.

The trolley comprises of an 'L' shaped frame which moves through an R.H.S. base frame on four rollers for maximum stability.
The base frame is fitted with a pair of heavy duty 5" diameter nylon wheels and a pair of rear heavy duty 5" diameter nylon castors. This allows the trolley to be manoeuvred to any position with ease. also fitted is a fifth wheel in the form of a castor at the rear of the trolley. this allows the lifting frame to be inclined to suit wheel splines or studs which may be lying at an angle and allows hubs to be removed and refitted without damage to any oil seals.
Split rollers fitted to the support arms of the lifting frames allows the load to be rotated when in position.
Movement of the lifting frame is controlled by a hand operated hydraulic pump / ram unit.
Lifting arms have split rollers to facilitate independent manoeuvrability on vehicles fitted with twin wheels.
