Autolift 13 Ton Air op Commercial Jacking Beam
Four adjustable beams cover pit widths from 800 mm. to 1200 mm. The beam moves on four wheels, which have needle roller bearings to ensure ease of movement down the length of the pit. A high output air pump, with dead man control, provides the power to two lifting cylinders of 400 mm stroke. Positive hydraulic locking is provided by 90 degrees isolation valves, which are locked when the desired lifting height is reached. Operation is simplicity itself. Raise the air valve lever to advance lifting cylinders to load and then the air pump automatically takes over to lift the load. When desired height is reached, close cylinder isolation valves. To release the load, open isolation valves and with dead man release valve on pump release the load. When load is off cylinders, hold down air valve lever to retract cylinders.
