The CTJ 1000 has been designed to facilitate the safe removal and refitting of Gearboxes, of Cars and Vans, as well as Trucks.
All these operations can be done by a single operator. reducing service time and increasing workshop efficiency.
Fitted with four cast-iron swivel castors for ease of movement, the front two castors are fitted with directional locks, this enables the jack to be moved forward or sideways with ease.
The castors are wide spaced and fitted with ball bearings for exceptional stability and mobility.
The jack is fitted with a flat plate head, head is adjustable for tilting complete with four adjustable grip plates to stabilize the unit being removed.
Safety in use is achieved by the four adjustable grip plates, and a ratchet weblashing (included) to secure the load.
The lifting head can be tilted through 30' front and back.
he transmission jack is fitted with a heavy duty handle for ease of movement, the handle can be locked vertical or in the horizontal position.
There are two fixed handles for ease of precise sideway adjustment.
